Social reform</subject><description>The purpose of this study are: to determine leadership styles on employee production. To determine the performance of the production employees. To know apakahgaya leaderships have a significant influence on employee performance. To determine the leadership style variable orientation and orientation tasks the strongest impact on employee performance parts production. The analytical tool used in this research is by using a range of scales of analysis and multiple linear regression. Based on the analysis of a range of scales can be detected task-oriented leadership style and orientation of the production relations on employee relations. Sejuk Alami Malang fit in either category. The factory employee performance parts production. Sejuk Alami Malang in the high category.
