Schizophrenia patients need the families support who are able to provide optimal care. But the family as the primary support system often have a heavy burden in providing care at home.&#xD; The design of this study is qualitative with case study approach. The sampling method used was purposive sampling. Samples are chosen from three participants from a family who take care of two family members with schizophrenic at home. The research data is retrieved by using observation and semi-structured interviews. After the tabulated data were analyzed using domain analysis.
