For improvement efforts per-parenteral nutrition administered by the D 10%, in addition to using liquid per-parenteral to meet the nutritional needs of the infant is given breast milk nutrients. The research method used in research in Cut Nyak Dien room is descriptive, with data collection by interview, observation, physical examination and study of literature. The results of case studies conducted in an effort to increase weight is 1350 grams at the last measurement conducted, up 50 grams of weight babies than the previous calculation.
