  • In an effort to support, facilitate and improve employee performance better in spearheading the company's goals, then work toward each employee training new employees and employees of both long been one of the most important activities, in addition to maintenance, hire and promote employment, training activities held in PT.Freeport Indonesia in addition to improving employee performance as well as a necessity which was ordered by the government in order so that the employee is thinking about the skills and knowladge more. The purpose of this study is to determine the training of employees at PT Freeport Indonesia, to determine the performance of employees at PT.Freeport Indonesiaan to findasignificant effect between the training providedto employees performance on the Production PT.Freepot Indonesia. Based on the results of research and discussion that has been done, it can be concluded that training employees on the production part of PT Freeport Indonesia is categorized properly. The performance of employees at PT Freeport Indonesia entered in the high category. Based on the results of simple linear regression analysis performed can be seen that a significant difference between the training provided to employees performance partsproductionat PT.Freeport Indonesia. Suggestions that may be filed in this research that is expected to retain management of the implementation of training activities that had been given to the employees, in this case because the training is done to improve employee performance. In order to maximize on training activities undertaken it is expected that the management assesses the performance of employees who have achieved so it can be used as a basis for policy formulation that will be taken related to efforts to improve employee performance.
