The performance of employees at PT Freeport Indonesia entered in the high category. Based on the results of simple linear regression analysis performed can be seen that a significant difference between the training provided to employees performance partsproductionat PT.Freeport Indonesia. &#xD; &#xD; Suggestions that may be filed in this research that is expected to retain management of the implementation of training activities that had been given to the employees, in this case because the training is done to improve employee performance.
