The purpose of this study was to determine the account opening procedures and marketing strategies as well as the savings Junio facility provided by Bank Rakyat Indonesia to customers.
Type of data used is descriptive qualitative, which is a technique that is done by exposing and reporting of an object or event as adannya, so it will get a clear picture. Source of data used is the direct interviews and handwritten by the author and some of the documents related to the study obtained from the research.
