- In writing this final author conducted research to take the title "The mechanism of Pensions and Retirement Products at PT. TASPEN (Limited) Branch Malang". This study aims to determine the flow rather than procedures pension payments and to know the advantages and disadvantages of pension payment mechanism used and also to determine the best percentage improvement in PT. Taspen(Persero)BranchMalang. The technique of data collection was done by means of documentation and interviews directly to the employee at PT. Taspen (Limited) Branch Malang is the common parts and personnel. While the data analysis technique used is descriptive quantitative discussion is focused on mechanisms of pension payments as well as describing the flow of pension payments, so that the obtained results are consistent with the objectives.
