Bank Jatim Branch Malang and know benefit and weakness when used. Analyze data technique used Descriptive qualitative, where the author only description about Electronic Employee Card to make Easier transaction customer in PT. Bank Jatim Branch Malang. From result observation, procedure to get KPE is BKD request to make KPE in BKN, and then BKN will give back KPE to BKD. Then BKD sent KPE to bank Jatim. Bank Jatim distribute to customer PNS is their data from BKD and BKN. Benefit KPE can be debit card, ATM card, Employee Card, Askes Card, Pension Card, Taperum Card and Electric Purse. The weakness is process making KPE is slow, KPE is combination from all card type, thin, easy broke, and not all merchant use prima debit.
