- One problem which faced by PT Flamboyan is about stock or overstock or sometimes experienced lack of raw material (stock out), which influenced its production process. To overcome overstock and stockout in the werehouse, it needs correct raw material planning using Material Requirement Planning (MRP) method. There are some phases in this research which is raw material prediction, second phase is deciding MPS (Master Production Schedule) by using Linier Programming software and the final phase is MRP (Material Requirement Planning). Planning method used to state the amount and raw material ordering time using FOQ (Fixed Order Quantity) technique and L-4-L(Lot for Lot) so there wouldn't be over stock or stock out in product. Raw material order planning result which are FOQ and L-4-L using Microsoft Excel would be compared with raw material ordering plan before using suggestion method. From data processing, it is found the raw material total ordering by using FOQ (Fixed Order Quantity) and L-4-L (Lot for Lot) for 32.159 kg/month costs IDR 297.932.200,- . Meanwhile for raw material ordering which commonly done by company without using such method for 32.600 kg/month costs IDR 248.325.000,- and experienced lost sale for IDR 52.714.200,- or 8,8%
