In this company, production scheduling using Simulated Annealing ( SA ) with the help of matlab software is expected to generate a total completion time ( makespan ) is faster than existing scheduling company. SA method based on the process of slowly cooling the steel / metal boiling to reach the minimum value in the function minimization problem. The problem faced by the company is the company has not paid attention in the scheduling of production for each product variant of the package home. It is based on production data in July 2013 and January 2014 that any delay seen from the time of completion of production, so the company had to add 1-2 more days to be able to finish the entire product.
