During the time scheduling to only pursuant to priority come of order or First Come First Serve (FCFS). In the process of his production schedules so as to result in the size makespan and idle time. To resolve this problem then was used by the heuristic pour method which aims to determine the proper scheduling and effective in minimizing makespan. Besed on calculations using Heuristic Pour method that provide results value of 36,10 hours with idle time value of 2,31%, and than the FCFS method used the company value of 42,02 hours with idle time value of 2,67%.
