Distribution product is an important thing in order the products can be delivered to customers at the time, at the place that have determined before, and the goods must be in a good condition. The worst of distribution planning system will increase transportation cost and decrease customer satisfaction so it can cause lost sales. In this research, main focus is planning the route to reduce the distance and distribution cost. The method is saving matrix that can minimize the distances, times, and cost with consider the problems. So, in his case, minimum distance is the main factor. Based on the result, the route reduced from six to five distribution route. Beside of that, this method reduce total distance from 430 km to 338 km and give reduction for distribution cost from Rp. 696.750 to 681.900. it can concluded that saving matrix method is the best method to solve the problems in this company to minimize total distrbution distance and transportation cost.
