The worst of distribution planning system will increase transportation cost and decrease customer satisfaction so it can cause lost sales. In this research, main focus is planning the route to reduce the distance and distribution cost. The method is saving matrix that can minimize the distances, times, and cost with consider the problems. So, in his case, minimum distance is the main factor. Based on the result, the route reduced from six to five distribution route.
