- The purpose of the research is to explain the effectiveness of internal control on the wage and payroll functions in PT. Karya Tajinan Prima Malang. The analysis technique used is analyzed according to the 4 elements of the Internal Control System (ICS). Benchmarks is effective or not by measuring the practice that existing on the functions of wage and payroll are appropriate and compliance on the 4 elements of Internal Control System or not. If the whole objects of research practice in compliance and appropriate with the 4 elements of Internal Control System, so it is effective and just the opposite. The results of conducted the research showed that Internal Control on the function of payroll in PT. Karya Tajinan Prima Malang already run effectively, because all of the procedures on the payroll function of the company has compliance by the 4 elements of Internal Control System (ICS).
