Benchmarks is effective or not by measuring the practice that existing on the functions of wage and payroll are appropriate and compliance on the 4 elements of Internal Control System or not. If the whole objects of research practice in compliance and appropriate with the 4 elements of Internal Control System, so it is effective and just the opposite.&#xD; The results of conducted the research showed that Internal Control on the function of payroll in PT.
