  • The purposes of this study are : (1) to analyse the marketing strategy of procesed apple of PT. Kusuma Agrowisata; (2) to analyse the industry competitive's condition of procesed apple that produce by PT Kusuma Agrowisata; and (3) recommended marketing strategy and marketing mix alternatives that should be implement by PT Kusuma Agrowisata in order to achieve their mission - vission. All of these purpose is focus for marketing revitalization for PT Kusuma Agrowisata. This study uses industry competition analysis (Five Force's of Proter) with Delphi Technique and SWOT analysis. A marketing strategy and marketing mix would be formulated for all of procesed apple as a recommendation for PT Kusuma Agrowisata.
