- the purpose of this stud was to identified and evaluated .student’s expectation to the importance and performance of MMA IPB. The data were collected from 77 .student of executive programs and 127 student of regular program. Matrix of importance and performance and gap analyze the data. The result of this study showed that the regular program need many improvements in academies communication and administration aspect, while executive program needs many improvements in library and communication aspect. Based on gap analysis, there were three statement in accordance (zero gap value) with students expectation : (1) performance appearance of library staff in regular program, (2) performance appearance of staff communication service in executive program and (2) responsiveness of the administration staff in executive program.
