The extract was given orally at doses of 125, 250 and 500 mg/kg BW commencing on day 6 until 15 of pregnancy and followed by eviscerating two third of the fetuses with red alizaria solution and the others were hardened in Bonin&#x2019;s fixation solution. The experiment showed that the extract at the doses of 125, 250 and 500 mg/kg BW influenced body weight of mouse and fetus significantly, but not the number of fetuses. The doses at 500 mg/kg BW caused abortica Malformation such as absorption site observed on the doses of 500mg/kg BW, and the loss of eyelid, pinnae, syndactyl and tail curling at the dose of 250mg/kg BB.
