Dua hal yang mempengaruhi kepuasan kerja adalah beban kerja dan konflik peran.
Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui seberapa besar konflik peran dan
beban kerja berpengaruh pada kepuasan kerja. Sample diambil dengan menggunakan
metode purposive sampling kepada 40 karyawan di salah satu SPBU di kota
Bandung dengan cara menyebarkan kuesioner. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa
konflik peran berpengaruh secara negatif terhadap kepuasan kerja namun tidak
