- PDAM Cilegon Mandiri is a regional-owned enterprises engaged in the distribution of clean water. During this time, performance measurement had been done in the PDAM is the performance measurement of the government that are still focused on the financial aspect that has not been thorough. Therefore, measurement of corporate performance is almost depends on the financial aspects. If the financial aspects are bad, so does the assessment of other aspects, and vice versa. It is used Sink Seven Performance Criteria as one of the methods that can measure the overall performance of the company over to measure the performance of the company while the weighting and assessment using the Analytical Network Process and Traffic Light System.Results from this study is the assessment for each criteria and Key Performance Indicators to generate overall value of performance perusahaan. When the achievements are obtained , then measurement by using Traffic Light System. It is the classification by using three colors: green for good performance, yellow for moderate performance and red for poor performance. Based on the results of measurements obtained, total achievement of each criteria are: the total value of Effectiveness Criteria is 0.66523068, total value of Efficiency criteria is 0.67110618, the total value of Quality criteria is 0.64733236 , total value of Productivity criteria is 0.75, the total value of Innovation criteria is 0.48625817, Quality Of worklife criteria 0.38371150 and the total value of Profitability criteria is 0.64168607. As for the total value of the achievement of the overall performance is 0.60647499, then included into the category “enough”.
