- Tapioca flour is a starch extracted from cassava. In obtaining starch from cassava (tapioca flour) should be considered age or maturity from cassava plant. This research aimed to: (1) Knowing the procurement of tapioka flour raw materials by PT. Great Big Cassava (2) Analyze the control of tapioca flour raw materials inventory at PT. Great Big Cassava based on the EOQ method. (3) Analyze the amount of safety stock and reorder time at PT. Great Big Cassava. The method used in this research is case study method. The location of research is determined purposively, that is at PT. Great Big Cassava in Sodong Village, Saketi District, Pandeglang District. The results showed that: (1) The system of raw materials procurement conducted in the period of June 2016 - July 2017 for PT. Great Big Cassava is the frequency of ordering 84 times with order quantity 4,820 tons. The booking fee is Rp 22,260,000 and the storage fee is Rp 34,000,000, the total cost is Rp 56,260,000. (2) Control of raw materials inventory based on EOQ for PT. Great Big Cassava order frequency of 18 times with order quantity of 268.01 tons. The booking fee is Rp. 4,746,091.56 and storage costs of Rp. 4,746,009.52 then the total inventory cost of Rp. 9,492,101,08. (3) Security supplies for PT. Great Big Cassava which is 42.13 tons per order and ordering raw material of 88.27 tons dried cassava.
