ABSTRACT
This study purpose to examine the effect of budgetary participation, 
organizational commitment, job satisfaction, and motivation on managerial
performance. This study is a replication and development of research conducted by
Othman and Haryanti (2012). Object of this study is the University of Sultan Ageng
Tirtayasa. 

This research is an empirical study with purposive sampling techniques in 
data collection. Data is obtained with the answer questionnaires distributed to the
Top Manager, Middle Manager, and Lower Manager at Sultan Ageng Tirtayasa
University, with a questionnaire return rate reached 64.2% ie 52 respondents.
Analysis of data with Structural Equation Model (SEM) to program Smart PLS
(Partial Least Square). 

Hypothesis testing results showed that of the seven hypotheses proposed six 
hypotheses were accepted and the hypothesis is rejected. Accepted hypothesis that
hypothesis 1 (Budget Participation significant positive effect on Organizational
Commitment), hypothesis 2 (Organizational Commitment significant positive effect
on Managerial Performance), Hypothesis 3 (Budget Participation significant positive
effect on job satisfaction), hypothesis 5 (Budget Participation significant positive
effect on motivation), hypothesis 6 (Motivation significant positive effect on
Managerial Performance), hypothesis 7 (Budget Participation significant positive
effect on Managerial Performance), and the hypothesis is rejected hypothesis 4 (job
satisfaction is not a significant positive effect on Managerial Performance).
