  • This study was to determine the effectiveness of student’s worksheets based on contextual teaching and learning on the sub concept of in vitro culture towards learning outcomes and student’s responses after using it. This study was a research and development (R&D) in small-scale trials and product revision. Population in this study was all students class XII IPA SMAN Cahaya Madani Banten Boarding School (CMBBS) Pandeglang the academic year 2016/2017 and XII IPA 4 as the sample class conducted by simple random sampling method. Data collection technique used multiple choice test, observation sheets, attitude questionnaire sheets, and response questionnaire sheets. The result showed that the effectiveness from cognitive domain as measured using multiple choice test was 65% of students passed the KKM (student learning completeness), while for the psychomotor domain as measured using observation sheets was 70% of students pased the KKM, then for affective domain as measured using attitude questionnaire was 75% of students pased the KKM. The student responses on the worksheet based on contextual teaching and learning were 70% of students revealed the worksheet feasible as teaching learning material.
