  • RISK FACTORS INDENTIFICATION THAT INLUENCE TIME PERFORMANCE ON CONSTRUCTION PHASE OF EPC PROJECT (Case Study PT. Krakatau Engineering and PT. Prima Konstruksi Utama) Shafira Ayu Maharani ABSTRACT EPC projects has work item includes Engineering, Procurement, and Construction, which can lead to the occurrence of the risks that have an impact on the time performance of the project. This research was conducted in PT. Krakatu Engineering and PT. Prima Konstruksi Utama with the purpose of the study was to determine the risk factors that influenced time performance on construction phase, causes and solutions/actions from the risk factors derived from this research. Data retrieval on the research done by distributing the questionnaire to respondents, then the questionnaire data were analyzed using SPSS software ver. 21 which is a descriptive analysis, test validity and reliability, test of normality, test Kruskal Wallis, the Mann-Whitney test then to get influential factors using the Spearman Rank correlation and nonparametris with the results then continued with the validation to the experts to find out the cause and solutions/actions from those factors. The results of the non-parametric analysis found that there are 7 variables influential in the construction phase of the EPC project on the time performance, but the chosen three who have a strong correlation , namely the lack of specialist technicians , poor project management , and planning errors .
