The purpose of this study is to find out the effect of extrinsic motivation and physical work environment on employee performance through job satisfaction as an intervening variable. In this study in this study Extrinsic Motivation and Physical Work Environment as independent variables, Employee Performance as the dependent variable and Job Satisfaction as an intervening variable. This researcher uses quantitative methods. In this study using a population of data using saturated sample method that is as many as 74 employees. Data were analyzed using classical assumption test method, partial test (t test) and path analysis with SPSS 20 application. The results showed that extrinsic motivation had a positive and significant effect on employee performance, physical work environment had no effect on employee performance, extrinsic motivation had a positive and significant effect on job satisfaction, physical work environment had a positive and significant effect on job satisfaction, job satisfaction had a positive and significant effect on employee performance.
