Students of the University of Sultan Ageng Tirtayasa Fakultaas &#xD; Economics and Business Department of Management (Human Resource &#xD; Management) under the guidance of Eloh Bahiroh, SE., MM. and Vera Maria, &#xD; SE., MM. &#xD; The purpose of this study was to determine how the influence of transformational &#xD; leadership style on job satisfaction, to find out how the influence of work &#xD; motivation on job satisfaction, to find out how the influence of transformational &#xD; leadership style on employee performance, to find out how the influence of work &#xD; motivation on employee performance, to find out how satisfaction work on &#xD; employee performance. &#xD; &#xD; In this study using quantitative descriptive methods. The technique of collecting &#xD; data uses a questionnaire with a Likert scale measurement and uses 80 &#xD; respondents as samples using the Slovin formula. The variables used by the &#xD; researcher are transformational leadership style and work motivation as &#xD; independent variables, employee performance as the dependent variable and &#xD; employee job satisfaction as intervening variables. The analytical method used in &#xD; this study is path analysis. Research data processing is carried out using IBM &#xD; SPSS v22 analysis tools. &#xD; &#xD; The results of this study indicate that transformational leadership style has a &#xD; positive and significant effect on job satisfaction t count&gt; t table (3,124&gt; 1.9908) &#xD; and sig (0.002) &lt;0.05. Work motivation has a positive and significant effect on &#xD; job satisfaction t count&gt; t table (3.636&gt; 1.9908) and significant (0.000)&gt; 0.05. &#xD; Transformational Leadership Style has a positive and significant effect on the &#xD; performance of employees t count&gt; t table (2,035&gt; 1.9908) and sig (0.036) &#xD; &lt;0.05. Work motivation has a positive and significant effect on the performance &#xD; of employees t count&gt; t table (4,326&gt; 1.9908) and sig (0,000) &lt;0.05.
