Ferry (Persero) Merak Branch is the title of the thesis from Fia Oktapiani 
(5551150021). Students of the University of Sultan Ageng Tirtayasa Fakultaas 
Economics and Business Department of Management (Human Resource 
Management) under the guidance of Eloh Bahiroh, SE., MM. and Vera Maria, 
SE., MM. 
The purpose of this study was to determine how the influence of transformational 
leadership style on job satisfaction, to find out how the influence of work 
motivation on job satisfaction, to find out how the influence of transformational 
leadership style on employee performance, to find out how the influence of work 
motivation on employee performance, to find out how satisfaction work on 
employee performance. 

In this study using quantitative descriptive methods. The technique of collecting 
data uses a questionnaire with a Likert scale measurement and uses 80 
respondents as samples using the Slovin formula. The variables used by the 
researcher are transformational leadership style and work motivation as 
independent variables, employee performance as the dependent variable and 
employee job satisfaction as intervening variables. The analytical method used in 
this study is path analysis. Research data processing is carried out using IBM 
SPSS v22 analysis tools. 

The results of this study indicate that transformational leadership style has a 
positive and significant effect on job satisfaction t count> t table (3,124> 1.9908) 
and sig (0.002) <0.05. Work motivation has a positive and significant effect on 
job satisfaction t count> t table (3.636> 1.9908) and significant (0.000)> 0.05. 
Transformational Leadership Style has a positive and significant effect on the 
performance of employees t count> t table (2,035> 1.9908) and sig (0.036) 
<0.05. Work motivation has a positive and significant effect on the performance 
of employees t count> t table (4,326> 1.9908) and sig (0,000) <0.05. Job 
Satisfaction has a positive and significant effect on the performance of employees 
t count> t table (2.435> 1.9908) and sig (0.013) <0.05.
