Grapari Telkomsel Cilegon Area handles Program, which includes the sale of products and VAS (Value Added Service) Telkomsel, such as Blackberry Package, NSP and customer service, such as providing information on network outages, or subscription requirements, requests, and complaints. The purpose and objectives of PT Telekomunikasi Cellular establish the Customer Service is as the place to find out the needs of the customer for information products and services and providing solutions to customer complaints which might be expected to give a good image for the company and can bind customers to remain loyal to use products and services of PT Telkomsel.
