Linggar Mitrtama Sakti / Under the Guidance of Dr. Moh Mukhsin, MM. and Gerry Ganika, SE., M.Sc. This research was conducted to determine the age of the project from the renovation of PT. K-Line Indonesia at Summitmas II Building Sudirman Lt. 4 Jakarta. This study rescheduled using the Critical Path Method (CPM) method which is a critical path method that can describe the entire process of project implementation from each of their respective activities, for example from the scheduling process through the network to the process of determining the critical path scheduling to determine the time optimal, where the results of this study will be compared with the method used by the company analyzed using the POM-QM application for Windows 3. The results of the analysis show that CPM analysis and data processing analysis found that the previous work can be completed by PT. Linggar Mitratama Sakti for 68 days, while after processing the data using the CPM method and the AON approach using POM-QM analysis tools for Windows 3, the duration can be shortened to 53 days. So, there is a difference in duration of 15 working days from the results of the company and the author. Keywords: CPM, critical path, project time, POM-QM for windows 3
