  • This study aims to determine the effect of job training (X1) and compensation (X2) on employee performance (Y) with job satisfaction (Z) as intervening variable on Technical Outsole PT. Parkland World Indonesia. Population in this research is employees at Technical Outsole PT. Parkland World Indonesia totaling 585 people. The sample of this study amounted to 86 respondents determined by the formula slovin and sampling using simple random sampling method. Technical data analysis used in this research is Regression Analysis, Path Analysis, Sobel Test and hypothesis test with SPSS 20 application. The results of this study indicate that: (1) Job training has a positive and significant influence on job satisfaction, (2) compensation has a positive and significant impact on job satisfaction, (3) job training has a positive and significant impact on employee performance, compensation does not have a positive and significant effect on employee performance, (5) job satisfaction has a positive and significant effect on employee performance.
