  • In this research the method used is descriptive and casual method. Technique of collecting likert scale. Determination of the population using saturated samples and population of 74 respondents who use quantitative data analysis methods. From result of caculation of data of SPSS v.17, result of research with level of significance 0,05% obtained conclusion : (1) There is positive influence and significant physical work environment to employee performance at PT. Gas Bumi Sarana Karya, these results support the proposed ( accepted ) hypothesis with a 0.03 < 0.05 significance level of this result supporting the proposed (accepted ) hypothesis.(2) This is a positive and significant influence of non-physical work environment on employee performance at PT. Gas Bumi Sarana Karya with a significance level of 0.00<0.05 this result supports the proposed (accepted) hypothesis. (3) There is positive and significant influence of physical work environment to work ethic at PT. Gas Bumi Sarana Karya with a significance level of 0.02<0.05 this result supports the proposed ( accepted ) hypothesis. (4) There is positive influence and significant non working physical environment to work ethic at PT. Gas Bumi Sarana Karya with significance level 0.00<0.05 this is result supports the proposed (accepted) hypothesis. (5) There is a positive and significant influence of work ethic on employee performance at PT. Gas Bumi Sarana Karya with a significance level of 0.01<0.05 this result supports the proposed (accepted) hypothesis.
