Sudendi, SE., M.M and Dr. Liza Mumtazah Damarwulan, SE., M.Si. This study aims to determine the effect quality of service, product quality and brand image on saving decision. Variables used quality of service (X1), product quality (X2) and brand image (X3) on saving decision (Y). This type of research is quantitative research surveys and questionnaires, sampling technique used is non-probability sampling method with number of 100 respondents. Variables used in the study is variable quality of service, product quality, and brand image are as independent variable, saving decision is as dependent. The analysis method used in this research is multiple linear regression. Result of this study shows the regression equation formed Y = 3,2 + 0,343 X1 + 0,256 X2 + 0,260 X3, which means that quality of service have the highest effect than other the two independent variables. Research data processing is done by using the tools of the program Statistical Package for the Social Sciences version 20 (SPSS). Simultaneously, the result shows that quality of service, product quality, and brand image variables the positive and significant effect on saving decision at Muamalat Bank branch of Serang.
