Variables used quality of service (X1),&#xD; product quality (X2) and brand image (X3) on saving decision (Y). &#xD; &#xD; This type of research is quantitative research surveys and questionnaires, &#xD; sampling technique used is non-probability sampling method with number of 100&#xD; respondents. Variables used in the study is variable quality of service, product&#xD; quality, and brand image are as independent variable, saving decision is as&#xD; dependent. The analysis method used in this research is multiple linear&#xD; regression. Result of this study shows the regression equation formed Y = 3,2 +&#xD; 0,343 X1 + 0,256 X2 + 0,260 X3, which means that quality of service have the&#xD; highest effect than other the two independent variables.
