Ekspresi&#xD; Sarana Mandiri.&#xD; In this study there are four variables, namely Transformational&#xD; Leadership (X1), Organizational Culture (X2), Employee Performance (Y)&#xD; and Job Satisfaction (Z). this study involved 67 samples of employees of&#xD; PT. Ekspresi Sarana Mandiri. &#xD; To obtain accurate results in this study using interviews, observations&#xD; and questionnaires.
