leadership and organizational culture on employee performance with job
satisfaction as an intervening variable for employees of PT. Ekspresi
Sarana Mandiri.
In this study there are four variables, namely Transformational
Leadership (X1), Organizational Culture (X2), Employee Performance (Y)
and Job Satisfaction (Z). this study involved 67 samples of employees of
PT. Ekspresi Sarana Mandiri. 
To obtain accurate results in this study using interviews, observations
and questionnaires. This research uses descriptive method, data analysis,
instrument test, classical assumption test, t test, intervening variable path
analysis and sobel test with SPSS v20 calculation.
The result of this research showed that : (1) transformational
leadership is positive and significant impact on the job satisfaction, (2)
organizational culture does not have a positive and significant impact on
job satisfaction, (3) transformational leadership is positive and significant
impact on the employee performance, (4) organizational culture does not
have a positive and significant impact on the employee performance, (5)
job satisfaction is positive and significant impact on the employee
