  • This study aims to analyze the influence of Job Insecurity and Job Stress on Turnover intention with job satisfaction as an intervening variable on CV employees. Sinar Karya noble. This research data is obtained from the method of data presentation of the results of the responses of respondents (questionnaires), and other research results relevant to the object under study. In this study, there are four variables, namely Job Insecurity (X1), Job Stress (X2), Turnover Intention (Y), and Job Satisfaction (Z). The study involved 61 samples of CV employees. Sinar Karya noble. To obtain accurate results in this study using interviews, observations, and questionnaires. This research uses descriptive metadata, data analysis, instrument test, classical assumption test, Path Path analysis, t test, intervening variable path analysis and sobel test with SPSS v20 calculation. (1) there is no significant positive effect between job insecurity (X1) on job satisfaction (Z) (2) there is no significant positive effect between job stress (X2) on job satisfaction (Z) (3) there is no significant positive influence between job (Y) (5) there is no significant negative effect between job satisfaction (Z) on turnover intention (Y), and there is no significant negative effect between job stress (X2) on turnover intention (Y)
