  • This research was aimed to know the influence of compensation and preventive dicipline on employee performance through job satisfacion as an intervening variable. In this research the method used descriptive and causal method. The technique of making data using questionnaire with likert scale measurement. And using 56 respondents as a sample at once or called with saturated samples. For data analysis done by using analysis SMARTPLS 3.0 which consisted of test outer and inner model. From the result of this research in SMARTPLS 3.0, the results was significance level of 0.05% Conclusion: (1) there was a positive and significant influence of compensation on employee performance (2) there was positive and insignificant influence of preventive discipline on employee performance (3) there was positive and significant influence from compensation to job satisfaction obtained (4) th ere was positive and significant influence from prevention discipline to job satisfaction obtained (5) there was positive and significant relation from job satisfaction to employee performance.
