- The purpose of this research was to examine the effect of leadership style and organizational culture partially on employee performance with job satisfaction as intervening variable at Sanghyang Indah Spa Resort Anyer’s employees. The population in this research was 150 and the sample is 60 people with Simple Random Sampling technique that was determined with Slovin’s formula. The data analysis technique is using Path Analysis and SPSS 20 software. The results showed that leadership style has a negative effect on job satisfaction because the tcounting is smaller than ttable (0,125 < 1,671) and organizational culture has a positive effect on job satisfaction, because tcounting is bigger than ttable (2,038 > 1,671). Leadership style has a negative effect on employee performance because the tcounting is smaller than ttable (0,344 < 1,672), organizational culture has a negative effect on employee performance because the tcounting is smaller than ttable (-3,252 < -1,672) and job satisfaction has a positive effect on employee’s perfomance because the tcounting is bigger than ttable (1,930 > 1,671). Based on the theory and results of several research showed that fair and reasonable leadership style and organizational culture will improve employee’s job satisfaction, which will impact on employee’s performance and overall company performance.
