This study aims to determine whether there Compensation Effect of Financial and Physical Work Environment on Employee Performance Through motivation as an intervening variable In. Indah Kiat Pulp & Paper Tbk Attack Part CaCO3. The study design used is descriptive and causal designs is to analyze the relationships between the variables with other variables using statistics. In this research method used for analyzing used descriptive method that aims to decipher or describe the properties or characteristics of a particular phenomenon. The data collection technique using a questionnaire with Likert scale measurement. Determination of the sample using a population of 55 respondent who used the method of data analysis and product moment correlation coeffient. From the calculation of SPSS v.20, research results with significance level of 5% was obtained conclusions: (1) There is no significant effect on the Financial Compensation Employee Performance obtained t count (1.171) <t table (2.006). (2) There is a significant effect on the Physical Work Environment Employee Performance obtained t count (2.208) <t table (2.006). (3) There is no significant effect on the motivation derived Compensation t-test (-0.329)> t table (-2.005). (4) There is no significant effect on the motivation of Physical Work Environment obtained t count (-0.760) <t table (-2.005). (5) There is no significant effect Motivation on Employee Performance obtained t count (0.077) <t table (2.006).
