- Terminal Poris Plawad is a terminal in Tangerang City, Banten Province. Terminal Poris Plawad become one of the Type A passanger terminal in Banten province. This terminal function to serve public transport for inter-city inter- province ( AKAP ) , and inter-city transportation in the province ( AKDP ), transportation ( public transportation), rural transportation ( ANGDES ). Facilities of Terminal Poris Plawad currently not functioning optimally and the presence of less strategic terminal so many service users who complained about this. Therefore it is very important to know how the conditions of the current Terminal Poris Plawad and the level of user satisfaction with the services of Terminal Poris Plawad Tangerang City. This study uses the field surveys to conduct observations at Terminal Poris Plawad to analyze the function of the terminal in accordance with Regulation No. 31, 1995. Do disseminated sent questionnaires to Terminal Poris Plawad services directly to service users by using the calculation method Important Performance Analysis (IPA). Based on direct observation in the field, the availability of service facilities Terminal Poris Plawad is very good it’s just lacking in some cases like the affordability of service. While based on the depiction of the Cartesian diagram obtained service attributes in Quadrant A (X19, X20, X21, X22, X23 & X25), Quadrant B (X5, X8, X11 & X26), Quadrant C (X16 & X24) and Quadrant D (X1, X2, X3, X4, X6, X7, X9, X10, X12, X13, X14, X15, X17 & X18). Overall perceptions of and satisfaction with Terminal Poris Plawad service is very satisfactory / very good, with an average value of 89.60 % concordance rate, but differ greatly the mode integrity within the affordability variable of the terminal location is equal to 51.55 % or not satisfactory / not good.
