Thus, the obtained conditions of student learning activities as follows: (1)&#xD; Students are bored, because it becomes less attractive learning social studies (2)&#xD; Students tend to still embarrassed to ask and express their opinions. The purpose&#xD; of this research is to improve students' learning outcomes through the&#xD; implementation of cooperative learning model type Snowball Drilling. Subjects in&#xD; this study were sixth grade students of SDN Pagedangan II, the number of 34&#xD; students, consisting of 16 male students and 18 female students. This research&#xD; used a Classroom Action Research (CAR) by implementing cooperative learning&#xD; model type Snowball Drilling, which is implemented in two cycles in accordance&#xD; with the flow chart of Kemmis and Mc. Taggart. Based on the research that has&#xD; been carried out, showing that the initial data or pre-cycle students&#x2019; learning&#xD; outcomes seen from the daily tests, the average score of students reached 62,35,&#xD; with 53% completeness criteria. First cycle test which was held on 08 September&#xD; 2014, indicates that students&#x2019; learning outcomes in the first cycle reached an&#xD; average value of 69,41, with 68% completeness criteria and have increased in the&#xD; second cycle which was held on 15 September 2014, showed that learning&#xD; outcomes of students in the second cycle reached an average value of 81,47, with&#xD; 94% completeness criteria. This means that the acquisition of learning outcomes&#xD; in the second cycle has reached an indicator of success is 80%. In addition, the&#xD; average percentage of student activity also increased from the first cycle to the&#xD; second cycle. The average percentage of students in the first cycle of activity that&#xD; is 70% increase in the second cycle to 94%. The acquisition has reached a&#xD; predetermined indicators of success that is equal to 80%.
