  • This study was conducted to examine the effect of The Effect of Direct Compensation and Intrinsic Motivation on employee performance PT Lelco Trindo Nusantara with the Job Satisfaction as Intervening Variable. This type of research is a associative study using survey research techniques. This study uses literature and field research such as interviews and questionnaires. With a sample of 79 respondents, the sampling technique using the formula of Slovin. Variabels used in the study are variable Direct Compensation and Intrinsic Motivation as an independent variable, Job Satisfaction as an intervening variable and Employee Performance as an dependent variable. The analysis methods used in this study ae Path Analysis. The result of experiment is based on partial test (t test) of Direct Compensation on Employee Performance is obtained t xiv hitung > t (2,652 >1,992) with the result that there is significant positive effect between Direct Compensation on Employee Performance, Intrinsic Motivation on Employee Performance is obtained t hitung > t tabel tabel (2,098 > 1,992) with the result that there is significant positive effect between Intrinsic Motivation on Employee Performance, Job Satisfaction on Employee Performance is obtained -t hitung < -t (-2,538 < 1,992)with the result that there is significant negative effect between Job Satisfaction on Employee Performance, Direct Compensation on Job Satisfaction is obtained t hitung < t (0,954 < 1,992)with the result that there is not any significant positive effect between Direct Compensation on Job Satisfaction. Intinsik Motivation on Job Satisfaction is obtained -t tabel hitung > -t (- 1,732 < 2,02619)with the result that there is not any significant negative effect between Intrinsic Motivation on Job Satisfaction,, and Job Satisfaction is as intervening which is not capble for mediating Direct Compensation relationship with Employee Performance and not capble for mediating Intrinsic Motivation relationship with Employee Performance.
