- The purpose of this study to determine the effect of financial compensation to performance. Intrinsic motivation influence on performance. In this research method used for analyzing used descriptive method. Data collection techniques using a questionnaire with Likert scale measurement. Determination of the sample using a population of 82 respondents who use methods of data analysis and product moment correlation coefficient. In the calculation results SPSS v.20 program, based on research results with significance level of 5% was obtained conclusions: (1) to the Financial Compensation Employee Performance results obtained from testing the hypothesis thitung> t table (5,636> 1,989) then H0 and H1 accepted; (2) Intrinsic Motivation on Employee Performance results obtained from testing the hypothesis thitung> t table (4,973> 1,989) then H0 and H2 is accepted, the PT.
