- Interest : study aims to clarify whether The Influence of Interpersonal Communication and Work Environment on Employee Performance by means of Job Satisfaction as an Intervening Variabel. Design/methodology/approach: types of survey reserch involving 72 respondents at PT. Daekyung Indah Heavy Industry Cilegon, used descriptive method, and calculation results SPSS v.20 program. Origanality/value: (1) Interpersonal Communication on Employee Performance t- count (-0,094) < t- (1,993) it means that there is no significant effect between Interpersonal Communication (X table ) on Employee performance (Y); (2)work Environtment on Employee Performance t- 1 count (-0,024) < t- (1,993) it means that there is no significant effect between Work Environment (X ) on Employee performance (Y); (3) Interpersonal Communication on Job Satisfaction t- count (2,954) > t- (1,993) it means that there is the significant effect between Interpersonal Communication (X table ) on Job Satisfaction (Z); (4) work Environtment on Employee Performance t- count 1 (2,603) > t- (1,993) it means that there is the significant effect between Work Environment (X table ) on Job Satisfaction (Z) (5) Job Satisfaction on Employee Performance t- count 2 ( 2,004) > t- (1,993) it means that there is the significant effect between Job Satisfaction (Z) on Employee performance (Y). table Keywords : Interpersonal Communication, Work Environment, Job satisfaction, and Employee Performance
