Then the relationship between the variables extrinsic motivation, physical work environment and employee satisfaction simultaneously to variable employee performance is a very strong relationship. Rated R square of 0.869 means the ability to explain the independent variable (extrinsic motivation, physical work environment and employee satisfaction) on the dependent variable (performance of employees) amounted to 86.9% while the remaining 13.1% is explained by other variables not examined in this study. While the adjusted Rsquare of 0863, means that the contribution of independent variables influence of extrinsic motivation, physical work environment and employee satisfaction simultaneously to fluctuations in the dependent variable performance of employees is 86.3% and no other values that influence because it is constant or adjusted.
