  • The good relation between employees and the company can be created if the employees and the employer can fulfill their need. In one condition, the companies want to increase their profits, but in the other hand, employees expect appropriate remuneration / salary from the company for fulfill their daily needed. Rewards from the company is salary. Factors and sub-factors that make up a position obtained from the position analysis. Skills, knowledge, effort, responsibility and working conditions are all the factors that have been selected. Assessment is done by a group of people who understand the job to reduce subjectivity, then the importance weight of each factor or sub-factor is gained by Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP) method. The highest weighting is the responsibility of the top potitions (0.2789) and the lowest is the working conditions (0.1064).In this research, Point System Method is used in job evaluation to determine relative positions in the structure of the basic salary. The proposed salary structure that have been selected is the interpolation scale 1: 4 with the increase pencentage 6.18% that caused by the salary in the company is lower than minimum wage salary (UMK).
