PENGARUH KECERDASAN EMOSIONAL DAN KOMITMEN AFEKTIF TERHADAP KINERJA KARYAWAN DENGAN ORGANIZATIONAL CITIZENSHIP BEHAVIOR (OCB) SEBAGAI VARIABEL INTERVENING (STUDI KASUS PADA PT.SARI WARNA ASLI UNIT 1 KARANGANYAR)

- ABSTRACT The aim of this study was to determine the influence of emotional intelligence, affective commitment, and organizational citizenship behavior as the intervening variable towardjob performance (study case in PT. Sari WarnaAsli Unit 1 Karanganyar. The population of this study was all employees of PT. Sari WarnaAsli Unit 1 Karanganyar. The technique of taking sample was purposive sampling from 200 respondent. The endogenous variables is job performance.The exogenous variable areemotional intelligence, affective commitment, and organizational citizenship behavioras the intervening variable. The method used is quantitative research method. For the method of data analysis using Structural Equation Modelling (SEM)with IBM Statistic Amos version 21.0 The result of this study showed that 1) emotional intelligence has no significant toward organizational citizenzhip behavior (ocb); 2) affective commitment has significant effect toward organizational citizenship behavior (ocb); 3) emotional intelligence has significant effect toward job performance; 4) affective commitment has significant effect toward job performance; 5) organizational citizenship behavior (ocb) has significant effect toward job performance The most dominant effect is affective commitment toward organizational citizenship behavior (ocb), based on Critical Ratio (Ttest) 4.176 with probability as much as 0,000 < 0,05 (significancy level 5%). Keywords: emotional intelligence, affective commitment, Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB), dan job performance ABSTRAK Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh kecerdasan emosional dan komitmen afektif terhadap kinerja karyawan dengan organizational citizenship behavior (ocb) sebagai variabel intervening (studi kasus PT. Sari Warna Asli Unit 1 Karanganyar. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah karyawan PT. Sari Warna Asli Unit 1 Karanganyar. Sampel penelitian ini adalah 200 responden. Teknik pengambilan sampel dalam penelitian ini menggunakan non probability sampling. Variabel penelitian ini menggunakan tiga variabel yaitu independen, intervening dan dependen. Data diolah dengan menggunakan Structural Equation Modelling (SEM) dengan bantuan program Analysis of Moment Structural (AMOS) version 20.0. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa 1) Tidak ada pengaruh signifikan variabel kecerdasan emosional terhadap organizational citizenzhip behavior (ocb); 2) Ada pengaruh signifikan variabel komitmen afektif terhadap organizational citizenship behavior (ocb); 3) Ada pengaruh signifikan variabel kecerdasan emosional terhadap kinerja karyawan; 4) Ada pengaruh signifikan variabel komitmen afektif terhadap kinerja karyawan; 5) Ada pengaruh signifikan variabel organizational citizenship behavior (ocb) terhadap kinerja karyawan. Komitmen afektif berpengaruh paling besar pada organizational citizenship behavior (ocb), karena dari hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa nilai C.R (thitung) 4.176 dengan nilai probabilitas (p) sebesar 0,000 < 0,05 (level signifikansi 5%). Kata kunci: Kecerdasan Emosional, Komitmen Afektif, Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB), dan Kinerja Karyawan.
