  • The thesis was entitled English Teachers’ The use of Buzz Group Method to Enhance Students Reading Comprehension ( A Quasi Experimental Research at the Eleventh Grade Students of MA Miftahul Huda Pakis Aji). Experimental method approach was adopted by conducting for five meeting in this study. The first meeting was tryout, the second meeting was pre test and treatment for experimental group. The third meeting was treatment for experimental group. The fourth meeting was treatment and pretest for control group. The fifth meeting was treatment. The population of the study was the eleventh grade of MA Miftahul Huda Pakis Aji. There were 3 classes with 78 students. The researcher chooses 2 classes XIB as experimental group, XIA as control group. The result show that there is significant difference between students reading comprehension taught using buzz group method and without using buzz group method. It could be seen from the average of post test was 6.0 increased to 7.1 for experimental group after the researcher gives a treatment. In control group the average score was 57,3 to 53,8. In pre test both of them the average score almost same, but after the researcher gives a treatment, the post test score that there is difference score both of them. From the analysis used t test show that tcount > ttable (4,278>2,009).It means can be concluded that there is significant difference between students reading comprehension taught using buzz group method and without using buzz group method.
