The sample in this study amounted to 188 people with. The technique in sampling this study using proportional random sampling method. The data analysis method used is Structural Equation Modeling (SEM). The results of this study are that training has a positive and significant effect on motivation, compensation has a positive and significant effect on motivation, training has a positive and significant effect on work performance, compensation has a positive and significant effect on work performance, motivation has a positive and significant effect on work performance, training is not positive and significant effect on work performance through motivation, and compensation has a positive and significant effect on work performance through motivation.
