Beginning with a short introduction to the subject, current data to Open Access which the ubifo has surveyed by the use of a questionnaire are presented. After considering the state of implementation of the Green Way (repositories) and the Golden Way (Open Access journals and books) at Austrian libraries, some new Open Access related services which have been established during the last years are introduced.
