- This final project entitled “Analysis Librarian Service Based on Attitude of Courtesy in Polytechnic Library Seamanship Semarang ”. The goal of this research is to determine how the service librarians in serving the visitors who use the circulation services. The method of this research is descriptive method with the form of case studies. The type of research is qualitative. Technique of collection methods used was observation, interviews, and study documentation. In addition, informant selection techniques using purposive sampling, numbered 7 consists of the 6 of youth grade 47 and 1 librarian who served in circulation services. Object and subject in this research is librarian services who serves the visitors circulation and youth grade 47 Polytechnic Seamanship Semarang from 2 department of nautica, 2 department of technica, and 2 department of KALK. Result of this research, showed that librarian services based on attitude of courtesy behavioral aspects of librarian consisting of attitude of attentive (behavior), attitude of helpful (full relief), attitude of considerate ( tolerance), attitude of polite (polite), and attitude of respectful (care) of librarian services the visitors has been good enough. Altough, there is attitude of the librarian is not proactive attitude in services by the visitors.
