  • The purpose of this research is to analyze the impact of work family conflict toward work stress, impact role ambiguity toward work stress, the impact of work stress toward intention to quit, the impact of work family conflict toward intention to quit and role ambiguity toward intention to quit. The sample which is used in this research are 80 employees in productive and non-productive age. The question is given by questionnaire that is distributed by random sampling techniques and methods analysis of data used is Multiple Regression Analysis by using SPSS program. According to those purpose, so in this research are formulated five hyphothesis, there are; work family conflict have an impact toward work stress, role ambiguity have a positive impact toward work stress, work stress have a positive impact toward intention to quit, work family conflict have a positive impact toward intention to quit, and role ambiguity have a positive impact toward intention to quit. The result show that the effect value of work family conflict and role ambiguity toward intention to quit with working stress as intervening variable is 68,84%. While 31,16% is explained by the factors out of the variable. From the result of Multiple Regression Analysis analysis of work famiy conflict and role ambiguity have a positive impact toward work stress and work family conflict, role ambiguity and work stress have a positive impact toward intention to qui
